The vineyard
Based at the foot of the hillside, the property has a vineyard of 19.75 hectares planted on clay-limestone and clay-sand soils. Managed on a parcel-by-parcel basis, the atypical vineyard receives all the necessary attention and is managed in certified organic agriculture.
Vinification and maturation
Harvest from September 17th to October 29th. Vinification in wooden vats. Extraction by pneumatic punching down. The wine is aged on fine lees in barrels (60% new).

Château Canon-La-Gaffelière 2020 is a blend of Merlot (55%), Cabernet Franc (30%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (15%).
